Jud Waggoman
Jud Waggoman, Cabo Realtor, grew up on a ranch in South Texas. He is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a commission in the United States Air Force. He served as a Contracting Officer at McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, California. While completing his obligation with the Air Force, he attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and received his law degree.
For 25 years, he owned a successful real estate law practice in California specializing in general real estate advocacy for first time home buyers, sellers, sales agents and brokers. He offers vast transactional and litigation experience combined with keen negotiation skill as a Cabo realtor.
After a rewarding legal career in real estate and raising two amazing kids, Jud now calls Los Cabos home. He is a licensed real estate agent in San Jose del Cabo. His focus is representing buyers seeking to relocate to Mexico or purchase a vacation rental property for income and investment with a licensed real estate agent. Jud is a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, certified by the National Association of Realtors.
Jud is most proud of his two children. His daughter, an accomplished writer, is a graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. His son, a gifted athlete, is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He recently returned from deployment in Afghanistan where he was awarded the Bronze Star.
In his spare time Jud enjoys reading, fishing and studying the history of the American Civil War.
